Clarvia vs AI visibility monitors

Peec, Otterly and Asky are serious tools. Here is how they differ.

All three measure how AI answer engines see your brand, and two of them are cheaper than Clarvia to start. The difference worth understanding is what happens between the finding and the change on the page.

What each of them does well

What Peec AI does well

Clean self-serve AI search analytics with no seat cap on any plan, a published agency ladder with explicit client-project counts, and measurement depth that is genuinely hard to match: Query Fanouts, server-log Crawl Insights, Brand Perception and SKU-level AI Shopping. Peec passed $10M ARR sixteen months after launch, which is a fair signal that the analytics are landing.

What Otterly.AI does well

The lowest published entry point in this set at $29 a month with a free trial, no cap on team members or workspaces from $189 a month, and a GEO URL audit that scores a page for AI readiness before you publish it. Austrian, bootstrapped, and around 20,000 users at the start of 2026, with a heavy cadence of original research behind the product.

What Asky does well

A Swedish company running a complete loop: measure, find opportunities, then generate and publish optimized content to WordPress or Webflow. No seat cap, geography-scoped multi-language agents, a Nordic-market content library, and a named Strategist included at the Scale tier rather than held back for Enterprise. It is the closest thing to a Nordic peer we found.

How Clarvia differs

Where each product stops

Peec draws the line publicly: Actions gives you a prioritised list of what to work on, and the writing, the page edit and the publish happen elsewhere. Otterly stops at the brief and the pre-publish audit. Asky goes further and generates and publishes new content. Clarvia works on the page you already have: the rewrite is shown in place on a render of it, and you accept it before anything ships.

The re-score after an applied change

Everyone in this set tracks visibility continuously, and Peec has said that measuring impact after you ship is on the way. The narrower thing Clarvia does today is tie a re-score to a specific change you applied to a specific page.

Where we are not cheaper

Otterly starts at $29 a month and Peec Starter is around $95. Clarvia Solo is $99 and tracks 25 AI questions, so on entry price the three sit within a few dollars of each other. The difference is what happens after the report: Clarvia writes the fix and publishes it, where the others hand you the finding. Solo includes one seat, Team three and Agency five.

Seats are their advantage

Peec, Otterly and Asky do not cap seats. Clarvia includes 1 seat on Solo, 3 on Team and 5 on Agency, so on seats they are ahead. Clarvia is priced per company rather than per seat, but the count is fixed by tier.

Pricing reality

Every ladder as of August 2026, retrieved from vendor pages except where a third-party source is named.

Peec AI, as of August 2026

Prices are not rendered on peec.ai’s own pricing pages. Third-party reviews verified in August 2026 put brand tiers at $95, $245 and $495 a month, and the ten-client agency tier somewhere in the €425 to $495 range. Sources disagree, so we publish it as a range. Self-serve tiers cap at three AI models, with more sold as add-ons; API and SSO are Enterprise only.

Otterly.AI, as of August 2026

Cheap per workspace and metered by prompts. $189 a month on Standard gives 100 prompts in total, which is ten prompts per client if you run ten clients, and extra prompts are $99 per 100. Claude and Google AI Mode or Gemini are paid add-ons on top of the four included engines.

Asky, as of August 2026

€99 a month on Starter covers one brand and 50 prompts. €349 a month on Scale covers 10 brands and 200 prompts. Clarvia Agency is $499 for as many websites as your capacity covers, with 300 AI questions tracked weekly, so on prompts tracked it is ahead and on price it is higher. For multi-brand monitoring alone Asky Scale is cheaper, and it is worth saying so plainly. The comparison changes only if the fixes matter, because Agency also writes and publishes the work across those sites rather than reporting on them.

Clarvia, as of August 2026

Free scores your most important page, up to three checks, with every fix shown but locked. Solo is $99 a month (990 kr) for one website, up to 10 pages, checked weekly, with 25 AI questions tracked monthly. Team is $249 (2 490 kr) for three websites and 100 questions tracked weekly, plus three seats. Agency is $499 (4 990 kr) for as many websites as your capacity covers, 300 questions weekly and white-label reports. Enterprise starts at $1 500 and is quoted. Seats are 1 on Solo, 3 on Team and 5 on Agency, and nothing a smaller customer could use is withheld from a higher tier. Extra credits are $39 for 200, bought when you want them, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Annual billing is two months free.
